House staff were very courteous and cooperative right from the security personnel at gate, the gardener, reception staff and other attendants.

 

This once again proves that an organisation is as good as its people.Please keep up the good work. I suggested few improvements in the feed back form. The only problem (though not your issue) is the reliability of bus service from Kolkata. I was informed cancellation of one of the two available morning buses is a common affair. We faced the problem on return.
